UAL is the best choice I’ve ever made.

(5)·By Marina K·Marketing· Jun 2026
I decided to go back to university at the age of 24. Although I was scared I wouldn’t make friends or that I’d feel out of place, everything made sense once I started. I made friends very easily, and as someone who comes from Greece originally, it was so nice to meet so many international students. I am now more mature and determined than ever, and I never miss a lecture or seminar as I feel so inspired and motivated every time I’m there. I love my subject, which is fashion marketing and consumer behaviour, and to be honest, I wouldn’t change a thing. The only thing I struggle with is the distance, as I live about 40 minutes away from university; however, it’s only on the other end of the Central line, which makes transportation easy.

UAL is the best fashion university!

(5)·By Holly S·Journalism· Jun 2026
Student life is amazing. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by people who share the same interests as me, especially considering I come from a rural area where fashion isn’t an obvious path to take. The course allows you to think creatively while pushing you to reach your potential.

UNI

(5)·By Nikko G·Art· Jun 2026
The commute is really not bad, just two stops away from uni. Being such a prestigious university, I never would have assumed everyone here is so kind and helpful. The elevator system could be better, but other than that, the lectures and lessons are really engaging, and the feedback I’ve been given is in-depth and useful. I’ve made a bunch of friends and hope to make more.

UAL

UAL: london college fashion has a great community of artistic and creative individuals. The student all have a collective interest in fashion which makes networking and making friends super interesting. The lectureres are passionate about their subject of interest and it's reflected in how they communicate with us as students

Amazing course

(5)·By Sophie D·Marketing· Jun 2023
My experience at UAL was nothing but positive. The classes taught me so much and every tutor was so helpful and knowledgable! Gaining my degree in Fashion Marketing from UAL has been hugely beneficial to my personal portfolio, and I use skills learnt throughout these three years in my every day work life. I couldn't reccomend this course or university higher!

Art and Design, Graduate

My experience at LCF was really wonderful. As an international student, they forced me to venture outside of the university to discover new things and see what inspires me. I had a bit of culture shock, but there were staff there to help and get me back on track as well. The university inspired me to push myself further, and I did end up producing 12 sketchbooks of 200 pages each every year (loads of work).

Another great thing about LCF is the doors they open for you. I currently live in Dublin, but the university has worldwide recognition and is useful on my CV. They even have a website for anyone currently studying or graduated that is looking for a job. Great job opportunities are constantly on it before they are anywhere else, because LCF has great students. Honestly, best time of my life.

Media, Year 2

(5)·By Emma H·Media Studies· Oct 2018
Ever since starting here I've felt very welcome and surrounded by passionate caring people. All my lecturers care about the students not only how they're doing with the course material, but also their welfare. Short evening courses are even provided to further yourself in subjects not necessarily in your course structure and how to write a good CV and present portfolio/ showreels.

Being a student in London has its ups and downs. There's so much to do and there's always a good nightlife but it can be very expensive. Alongside that is travel issues like tube strikes and bus traffic. But overall I'm so glad I came here, I've never been so happy.

Review of student from Central Saint Martins (UAL)

(4.5)·By Alexandra P·Design· Jun 2023
To whom it may concern, this is my short and sweet review of CSM.

According to me, the university as a whole is an 8/10 as I am to believe that there can be an improvement in the amount of material for projects that they provide for their students. Students are already paying enough money just to study there, ESPECIALLY overseas students. Personally, I come from a country where studying all the way up to university level is completely free and where most material is paid for by the school. So starting my journey as a product design student at CSM was a little bit of a shock. Students don't have an infinite amount of money you know. Additionally, I feel that the prices in the cafeteria could be way lower, or maybe they could maybe implement some sort of student discount.

However, the quality of teaching is not to be messed with. I really like the structure, and I feel like I understand as well as learn what they are teaching. They give their students enough freedom to express their creativity, but while staying within limitations as that would prepare them for the potential limitations that projects in the real industry might have.

The staff is really nice to their students aswell.

Kindest regards, Alexandra
