Our staff are world leaders in their fields and you can expect to be taught by internationally renowned experts, with a wealth of academic and professional experience.<br/><br/>In the first two foundation years you will build a strong understanding of the core subject areas of economics, finance, business management, planning, building, law and valuation which you can then apply to complex problems in the real world. In year three, you will develop a deeper understanding in a specialist area, such as development and planning, investment or valuation. In recognition of the excellent preparation that the Extended Project Qualification provides to students for University study, we now include achievement in the EPQ as part of a formal offer. Eligible applicants would receive two offers, our usual offer plus an alternative offer of a B in the EPQ and one grade lower in their A level subjects
