Offered by Norwich Business School (NBS) within the Faculty of Social Sciences at UEA, this degree will prepare you for a variety of roles in business, including general management, consultancy, and human resources. At UEA, we focus on evidence-based management. You’ll learn to pose questions and challenge assumptions, as well as how to use evidence to make your own decisions and back them up.
The course is designed to allow you flexibility in your studies while providing a clear focus on people management. People are widely regarded as a key source of competitive advantage in business. Through this course, you’ll explore why that is and how individuals can drive organisational transformation.
