And our reputation for outstanding research work stands us in good stead with the local Oxford biosciences industry and hospitals, especially when students come to apply for work placements and graduate jobs.<br/><br/>You can apply directly for the Integrated Masters or transfer onto it from your BSc. The focus of the Masters is a Research Project which will prepare you for a PhD or research career.<br/><br/>Our team of research-active academics are committed to your success. As a graduate, you’ll possess a set of skills for a career in the medical and health-allied industry, biological organisations, or university research and teaching.

Including one A Level or a comparable Level 3 qualification in a science subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Geography, Maths, PE, Physics, Psychology). If you do not have a background in science, we encourage you to consider our Life Sciences Foundation year. Successful completion of the foundation year enables direct entry into Year 1 of many life sciences-related BSc degrees at Oxford Brookes. Please also see the University's general entry requirements.

12 Level 3 credits in a science subject.
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)
Examples of subjects that will be considered include: Applied Science, Forensic Science, Health and Social Care, and Sport. BTECs in Animal Management and Countryside Management are also accepted for this programme.
