The Higher National Diploma units prepare you to move on to specific areas of digital technologies at Level 6 or to enter employment with the qualities and abilities necessary for roles that require personal responsibility and decision-making. You will be able to develop and apply your own ideas to your studies, using both theory and practice in a wide range of digital technology situations.
The course will ensure you understand programming applications and paradigms, cloud and networking fundamentals, cyber security, website development and database development, digital analytics, and more!
The course will focus on other skills such as active research, effective writing, analytical skills, critical thinking, creative problem solving, and decision-making.
This course is offered at our Wigston campus.
Progression Opportunities
Learners will be able to progress onto; Workplace, Degree apprenticeships or further HE studies either going to University for a specific course pathway or remaining with the college to complete the BSc top-up in tandem with Coventry University.
