Working closely with our BMus (Hons) Popular Music Performance, this course sharpens your expertise in studio production, composition, sound design, and live sound—foundations for a successful musical career.<br/><br/>This course immerses you in recording, mixing, mastering, and creating music for diverse media, from video games to film sync. Purpose-built facilities mirror real-world industry environments, offering state-of-the-art resources such as a performance auditorium, cutting-edge recording studios, a 24-hour rehearsal room, and soundproofed live rooms—everything needed to bring your vision to life. You’ll also have access to industry-standard software and hardware, ensuring you graduate with the tools and skills that reflect current professional practices.<br/><br/>Guided by expert lecturers, you’ll master technical skills and gain creative insights for success as a music producer. Through hands-on projects, hyper-real simulations, live pitching opportunities, and interdisciplinary collaborations, you’ll gain invaluable real-world experience.
