Improve your reflective practice and leadership skills. Develop a culture of inclusion and excellence in early years settings.<br/><br/>We understand that everyone learns differently, so this course will consist of structured teaching sessions which can include:<br/>- on-campus classroom instruction <br/><br/><br/>- practical sessions and peer interaction <br/><br/><br/>- online learning <br/><br/><br/>- placements, <br/><br/><br/>- self-directed learning.<br/><br/><br/>Placements, will be mandatory in both the first year (HNC) and second year (HND) of the course. You will be responsible for sourcing your own placements, although support will be given. In order to successfully complete this HTQ you must complete the mandatory placement hours outlined below.<br/><br/>Within your first year of study (HNC) you will be expected to complete a minimum of 375 hours of placement to be carried out alongside your study commitments.<br/><br/>Within your second year of study (HND) you will be expected to complete a minimum of 200 hours of placement to be carried out alongside your study commitments.<br/><br/>As a full-time undergraduate student, you will study modules totalling 120 credits each academic year. A typical 30-credit module requires a total of 300 hours of study.
