In an increasingly digital world, these skills are in high demand.<br/><br/>On this four-year degree, you will develop a firm foundation in technical computing, before specialising in cyber security.<br/><br/>You’ll learn how software and systems work, developing practical skills in analysis, design and programming. Later, you’ll move on to topics such as cryptography, cyber crime, sociotechnical risks and digital forensics. Below provides our grade and pathway requirements, though all applications are considered holistically including work experience. Pass in a QAA recognised Access to HE Diploma. Full award (60 credits) of which a minimum of 45 credits must be at Level 3 including 30 credits at Distinction and 15 credits at Merit. We welcome applications that include the EPQ. Whilst we recognise the value of these projects in preparing students for independent learning at university, the EPQ is unlikely to form part of any conditional offer we make. We will consider the EPQ as part of the holistic assessment of the application and it could be used to form part of our final decision at Confirmation stage.
