<strong>Study for an MSc in Child Nursing and begin your nursing career in this exciting area of healthcare. The Masters degree in Child Nursing at CCCU is designed for graduates from any field of academic study. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to become, and practise as, a registered Child Nurse.</strong><br/><br/>Become a critically aware, creative, and compassionate nurse through the varied curriculum on the MSc Child Nursing. Through course content that will help you become a rounded practitioner, you will be become a nurse who is able to practise care across communities and within multiple settings.<br/><br/>You will be taught both nursing theory and practice through modules with explore everything from nursing ethics, through to anatomy and physiology, as well as management and leadership in nursing. Student nursing placements are a key part of MSc Child Nursing at CCCU. You will work directly with children experiencing changes to their physical and mental health in primary, secondary, and tertiary care settings. These experiences will ensure you gain the knowledge, skills and attitudes to prepare you to be a practitioner and leader in nursing care.<br/><br/><strong>Professional accreditation</strong><br/><br/>On completion of the course, you will be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Child Nurse.
